Students in grades 6-8 are pages to the Model Legislature. They are assigned to committees and to the House of Representatives, Senate and Governor's Office to carry messages and legislation
between legislators and the three branches of government.
As pages gain experience and seniority they are assigned to the Governor, Speaker of the House and President of the Senate. The
communication network of the Model Legislature is dependant on the messages carried by the pages
