"State Rep. Gene Pelowski addressed the crowd as the honorary guest speaker. He emphasized the fact that there has not been a country like the United States in the history of the planet.

'America is the only nation in the world where our troops go out and fight so that people can experience the type of freedom that we have,' he said. 'Not one American army has marched in conquest. We seek to set people free.'"
